The booking amount paid for a DTCP plot, farm land, or farm house is refundable, followed with an acceptable reason should be given in writing.
Cancellation by Customer
If a customer chooses to cancel:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days
Cancellation by Company
In case the company cancels a booking due to unavoidable reasons:

100% refund of booking amount will be provided
