✅ 4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Amount

  • The booking amount paid for a DTCP plot, farm land, or farm house is refundable, followed with an acceptable  reason should  be given in writing.

Cancellation by Customer

If a customer chooses to cancel:

  • Administrative & processing charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days

Cancellation by Company

In case the company cancels a booking due to unavoidable reasons:

  • 100% refund of booking amount will be provided

  • No additional compensation will be paid

Changes in Project

If a project undergoes modifications due to:

  • Government orders

  • Regulation changes

  • Development constraints

The company will provide an equivalent alternative or necessary information.

Disputes

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
